Duties and Responsibilities
1、Help account executives achieve the quarterly and annual Revenue, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction goals
2、Demonstrate expertise within industry, Solution and Value DNA, and devote time to personal education - possess knowledge, and learn more.
3、Act as a solution advisor, deliver high quality presentation and demos to the customer
4、Contribute to flawless execution on sales opportunities driving revenue with your presales activities by meeting the revenue target, effective customer facing time and become the partner with the sales team
5、Devote time throughout the year to teamwork. Support mentoring new hires in the team or sales people. Sharing the knowledge. Supporting marketing events. And take care of the customers even after the sales.
6、Support RFx activities, VE/light VE/CA, account planning/strategy.
7、Support customer discovery whether in business or technical.
Skills and Specifications
1、Rich experiences in transportation industry and deep know-how in 3PL business & process
2、At least 5 years transportation, 3PL, Shipper Supply Chain or Logistics department working experiences
3、At least 3 full cycle leading TMS solution implementation experiences
4、Experiences and deep knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain area will be a big plus
5、Project Experiences in apparel & foot, automotive, chemical, 3PL, Consumer Product, Retail will be a big plus
6、Transportation business consulting experiences and In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain business process, including planning, procurement, collaboration, transportation and warehouse management will be a big plus
7、Good presentation skill
8、Rich project management experiences or PMP is a big plus
9、Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
10、Fluent English communication is a big plus.
